FAQs

What insurance do you take?

We are on many insurance panels and in an effort to make visits affordable, we are willing to bill insurance companies and work with clients to help them obtain the best reimbursement possible.

Many of our therapists are on panels for insurance companies including:

Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Beacon, Value Options, Magellan, Lifesync, Multiplan, PHCS, United Health Care, Optum, Presence - ERC, Advocate HMO, Dupage Medical Group HMO, Edward/Elmhurst HMO, Amita HMO, and Pathways HMO.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards at the time of service to cover co-pay, co-insurance, and insurance deductibles. We also have a self-pay option for clients without insurance.

Do you prescribe medications?

No. We do not have the ability to prescribe medications. However, we have relationships with multiple psychiatrists and make referrals when appropriate and upon request.

Do you have a cancelation policy?

Yes. We require 24 hours notice to avoid a $75 cancelation fee.

How do I make my first appointment?

To make your first appointment, please head over to our Client Area.

Do you provide counseling via phone or video call?

Yes, we provide counseling via video sessions as an alternative to in-person sessions. Video sessions are a great alternative to face-to-face counseling and are especially helpful during COVID-19 and for those who travel frequently or have limited capabilities. We use a secure HIPAA compliant platform to provide confidential teletherapy sessions. Clients log into the portal via their computer or can use their phone. To download the Telehealth mobile app for video sessions, use the appropriate link: iOS Android.
